Inclusivity at Bio::Neos

At Bio::Neos, you'll find the perfect balance between visionary work and an uplifting life. Company culture is crucial to us, and we ensure that our team has strong connections with one another by hosting team events outside of work, host monthly Friday team talks, and we even use an app that allows us to message one another in group chats. While our team is primarily in our Coralville office, we also do have multiple remote employees. These employees stay connected by hopping on video calls to join us whether we may be having a meeting about an upcoming project, or eating lunch as a team!

We also emphasize openness in our office by encouraging everyone to share their opinions, whether they're an intern or the CEO. We always speak plainly to each other about the things that matter to us as we think this is the key to an open and comfortable environment.
