GANT (Gene and Annotation Navigation Tool)

GANT is a free stand alone gene browser that allows you to search for a gene and display it alongside any associated annotation. Navigate the gene, easily see the structure, zoom, scroll and copy/paste genetic sequence (along with many other features).

We also offer a blazing-fast primer picking service in GANT. Our optimized Primer3 server allows you to design primers for a whole gene in a matter of seconds.
