GANT offers two reports from the "Reports" menu:
The first is the Candidate report. Click "Candidate...". A report similar to the one shown here will appear:
This report provides an overview of the gene which can be printed or saved locally to a file.
The second is the Transcript report. Click "Transcript...". A report similar to the one shown here will appear:
This report provides a transcript-specific overview of the gene which includes splicing information, GC content, and an annotation overview. This report may also be printed or saved locally to a file.
