Your feedback is very valuable to us. If you are experiencing any troubles with the VCMap tool, please post the problem that you experienced. Please remember that the more specific you can be as to what you were doing (What you button you had pushed to cause the problem, What maps you had loaded, etc) will enable us to resolve the problem in a more timely fashion. Likewise, if there are any suggestions you have for future iterations of VCMap, please let us know. We are always looking for ways to make VCMap more useful to all users.
Update (April 2010):We have changed the feedback system that we were previously using to a different software solution. We are still updating this and making some changes so don't be surprised if things seem to change a few times over the next few months.
To leave feedback you simply visit the Bio::Neos Feedback
site. Then log in with the following information:
Username: vcmap
Password vcmap
After logging in, you can select "VCMap" from the list of
Latest Projects over on the right side of the window. Then click the
Issues tab to review current issues, or click the New Issues tab to
create a submit a new bug report or request a new feature.
